Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Story2Video AI (story2video-ai.com) and its services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by [LEGAL_ENTITY] ("we", "us").

Story2Video AI turns a story you provide into a creative production package: a read-along book (PDF/ePub), an illustrator brief, a character bible, a script and scene list, a voice-casting sheet, and a storyboard preview of the video version.

Video output is currently a storyboard preview. Full animated rendering is under active development, and features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You must be eligible to form a binding contract and provide accurate information. Keep one account, keep your credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans (see Pricing) are billed monthly or annual, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; cancel anytime from your account and access continues until the end of the paid period.

A 7-day free trial is available on Starter and Creator; trial exports are watermarked and no charge is made if you cancel during the trial.

You retain ownership of the stories, characters, and creative direction you provide ("Your Content"). You grant [LEGAL_ENTITY] a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and deliver the service to you (including sending it to AI providers to generate your outputs).

Exports you generate on a paid plan are yours to use. The Studio plan and above include a commercial-use license. Exports include an AI-assistance disclosure line by default; you are expected to keep it where required by the platform or jurisdiction you publish to.

Outputs are AI-assisted and may contain errors or inaccuracies, and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or free of similarity to other works. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.

Do not use the service for illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or abusive content, and do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service or its safeguards.

The platform, brand, software, and site content are owned by [LEGAL_ENTITY]and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in our IP except the right to use the service as permitted.

Story2Video AI is intended for adults (parents, authors, and creators) making children's content — it is not directed to children.

The service relies on third-party tools, including AI model providers, payment, hosting, and email. We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or acts, and their terms may also apply to your use.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data and exports.
